Healing happens
in community.

A trauma-informed community programme for survivors of sexual violence. Not a therapy app. Not a crisis line. The space in between — where you are seen, held, and witnessed without judgment.

"The missing infrastructure between surviving and living again."

What is Reclaim

Built with survivors.
For survivors.

Reclaim is not a therapy app. It is not a crisis hotline. It is the space between those two things — where long-term healing actually happens: in relationship, in community, in being truly witnessed by people who understand.

Every design decision, every safety protocol and every word in the community agreement is being shaped together with survivors and trauma professionals.

01You are believed. No qualification required. No proof required.
02It was never your fault. Zero projection. Zero blame.
03You set the pace. There is no timeline for healing.
04You control your story. Anonymous entry. Graduated disclosure.
05Silence is respected. Presence is enough.
06You are more than this. The community holds your wholeness.

The Platform

Five layers.
One home.

Designed to be built step by step, starting with Safe Circles in our pilot — the structured, safe, long-term community that is rarely available after crisis.

◎
Safe Circles
Matched peer groups of 6–10 survivors moving through a structured 12-week witnessing journey. Led by trained facilitators. Not therapy. Not advice. Structured witnessing.

"Every member sets their own disclosure level — Observer, Sharer, or Storyteller. You choose how you show up."

◈
Healing Pathways
Planned therapeutic programmes, to be co-designed with trauma specialists — somatic healing, voice work, rebuilding trust.
✦
The Sanctuary
A planned moderated community space — the Witness Wall, the Quiet Room, the Library. For every part of the recovery spectrum.
◉
Aya
In development: a supportive companion between sessions, offering grounding practices and gentle check-ins. Presence — never advice. Never a replacement for human or professional care.
⬡
Signal
Clear safety routes. Every participant knows where to turn in a crisis, and facilitators are trained to recognise risk and refer to national helplines and professional services.
